Very nice guy. Explained a lot about how he was going to do this. Said it would only take about 1.5 hours to set up the barges. Said he had just got back from zig-zagging around Dauphin Island, across to Fort Morgan and didn't see any oil yet, but is ready if it gets close. Then, surprise, I just saw him on Huckabee!
